Select the topic you wish to learn about. After you have finished a topic you may continue with other help topics or take the "Preventing Workplace Injuries" workshop.
From the "Start Menu", choose "Settings", "Control Panel".
In the "Control Panel" window, double click the "Display" Icon.
From the "Display Properties" window, select the "Settings" Tab. Then under Screen Resolution use the slider bar to select either 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. Use the larger setting with a larger monitor size.
If you could not hear anything when you tested your audio, you should contact your IT department for assistance. If you do not have any IT support, then ensure that your speakers are powered on and that the volume is up. If you still do not hear any sound, you should make sure that you have a sound card installed.
From the "Start Menu", choose "Settings", then "Control Panel".
If you have a sound card, you will have a sound icon in the "Control Panel" window. If you do have it double click the "Sound" Icon. If you don't have this icon, you do not have a sound card and you will not be able to hear the audio portion of the online workshop.
In the "Sound and Audio Device Properties" window make sure that the device volume is at least in the middle of the slider window. Also make sure that the "mute" checkbox is not selected. If you have made a change click "OK" to close the window. Otherwise you can select "Cancel" to close the window if no changes have been made.

This course is optimized for Internet Explorer 6.0. We recommend using Internet Explorer for this workshop.
If you are using Explorer 7, the current Microsoft release is having problems with Flash hyperlinked buttons. You may have to click a selection button twice for it to activate. This small problem will be corrected when a new release is available.
