No one wakes up expecting to get hurt on the job that day.  However, on average 50 people a day have a workplace injury. Of those, about 16 will require at least a few days off to recover. Many will have more serious injuries. Although it happens far less than it once did, too many Nova Scotians are still hurt at work. When it does happen, we’re there to help.  Together with our partners, we work to reduce the human and economic impact of workplace injury, to workers and their families, and to the business community.
