Claim Payment Processing Schedule

Regular Monthly Benefits

We’re working to serve you better and that includes a benefits payment schedule that’s easy to keep track of.

Starting February 2025, recipients of regular monthly pension benefits through WCB will have their payments processed on the first Wednesday of every month.

That means for most direct deposit recipients, benefits will be in your bank account 1 to 3 business days after this date, depending on your bank’s processing times. These dates vary a little depending on your bank. Paper cheques will be mailed within 1-2 days after the processing date, but please allow a few extra days to receive payment by mail.

Reach out to your bank or credit union if you’re not familiar with your branch’s processing times.
