COVID-19: Service update (Mar 16/20)

WCB Nova Scotia is committed to doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We are focused on taking the appropriate steps to protect the health of our employees and those we serve, while also ensuring that the important services we provide continue.

If you have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days and are experiencing fever, cough or difficulty breathing, we need to ask that you do not visit our offices at this time to reduce the risk of spreading disease. If you have travelled and are experiencing these symptoms, the advice of public health officials is to call 811. WCB Nova Scotia is following the advice of public health officials.

Where WCB employees are required to self-isolate because of international travel, or where they are working from home, there may be impacts to planned meetings, case conferences, etc.

PMI examinations will be postponed until further notice. We will be in touch with impacted workers to reschedule.

We encourage you to contact us through our secure online services - MyAccount for employers or WCB Online for workers. As always, you can call us at 1-800-870-3331 during regular business hours.

Thank you for helping us prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
