You will both be provided with contact information so that you can get in touch with questions or concerns. Both employers and workers can message securely with the case worker online.

To ensure you receive the best service possible, we ask that you contact your case worker in advance to schedule an appointment if you require a face-to-face meeting. If, for any reason, you are assigned a new case worker this will also be updated within your WCB Online account. This information is also shared with your employer.
