We are pleased to announce that Kerry Kelly is the new Client Relations Officer (CRO) for WCB Nova Scotia.
With over 25 years of experience across the organization, Kerry has helped many workers on their journey back to work, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the system when it functions at its best.
In this role, Kerry will be instrumental in supporting our efforts to better protect Nova Scotia's workforce and move toward the goal of exceptional service, a key pillar of our Strategic Plan. By assisting workers, employers, and MLAs in resolving inquiries and concerns, Kerry's work will help advance our commitment to service improvement, safer workplaces, and better return-to-work outcomes.
