We’re modernizing our systems and processes to provide you with better service and more online services. The following are some of the service changes we’ll be making for employers in early June 2019.
MyAccount will be temporarily unavailable
In preparation for the launch of our new core operating systems, MyAccount will be offline from 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30 until Thursday, June 6.

MyAccount is getting an upgrade
We’re improving MyAccount, WCB’s online service for employers, to make it easier for employers to support safe and timely return to work. See a list of some of the new or improved features of MyAccount, including checking clearance, enhanced data access, tracking subcontractors and more.

WCB clearance is going digital
Starting June 6, WCB clearance status will be available online through MyAccount. With this change, printed letters will no longer be used. Hiring employers will search for contractor and confirm their clearance status in MyAccount.
