About Stacia

Stacia Baldwin is a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager at MacKinnon and Olding Ltd. They are a Crosbie Member Company and one of Eastern Canada's trusted providers of onshore industrial services in the marine sector.

Stacia joined the organization in 2021. She is responsible for developing and implementing the company safety and quality management systems. This includes leading and managing the many short and long-term corporate HSEQ initiatives.

Stacia began her career as a Field Engineer for an Oil and Gas business in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She soon realized she had a passion for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Choosing to pursue this interest, she earned an Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety from the University of New Brunswick.

Stacia has a Diploma in Engineering from Cape Breton University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental Discipline) from Dalhousie University. She holds 3 professional designations: a CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional), P.Eng (Professional Engineer), and NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer).
