Respectful Interactions at WCB Nova Scotia

At WCB Nova Scotia, everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in every interaction.

That’s why we’ve refreshed our Code of Conduct - a clear framework that sets expectations for how we treat one another. The Code applies to everyone who interacts with a member of WCB.

Our Code of Conduct reinforces a shared responsibility to:
  • Treat one another with dignity, kindness, and respect
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally
  • Work cooperatively, even when conversations are difficult
  • Respect diversity in all its forms
  • Avoid behaviour that harms others, including harassment, intimidation, threats, or discrimination

Disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable. When expectations are not met, concerns should be raised respectfully by calling 1-800-870-3331 or by contacting our Client Relations Officer so they can be addressed appropriately.

These standards support a safe and respectful environment for everyone and reflect Nova Scotia’s Workplace Harassment Regulations. More information and resources are available at Code of Conduct - WCB Nova Scotia.

Together, we can help create a respectful and safe environment for everyone.
