  • Community Reports – Published quarterly, these reports highlight WCB activities over the past 3 months—including financial results and updates on organizational priorities.
  • Impact of Workplace Injury Report Published each May, this report provides an overview of injury trends, safety outcomes, and the impact of workplace injury during the previous year.
  • Auditor General and Review Reports – These independent reviews examine WCB’s performance and operations. We publish our responses and track our progress in implementing the recommendations made in the reviews.
  • Statement of Investment Policies and Objectives (PDF) – This document outlines the principles and responsibilities guiding the management of the WCB’s investment funds.
  • Workers' Compensation Review Committee Report - In 2024, the committee completed an independent review of Nova Scotia’s workers’ compensation system. Read the findings and WCB’s response to strengthen fairness and outcomes.
