On September 1, employers will have access to their 2021 assessment rate, on MyAccount. Paper experience rating statements, which are multi-page documents, will be mailed on an exception only basis. 

This more sustainable approach greatly reduces the amount of paper the announcement puts into the mail system, and helps protect the privacy of those we serve by ensuring only you have secure access to your rate information.  

Overall, less paper in the mail system means there is less need to manually process it, which ultimately contributes to efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
