We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your account.

First time logging in after May 11, 2026? Select "Forgot Password" to upgrade, even if you remember your password. 

You’ll be guided through resetting your password and setting up MFA.

First time logging in after May 11, 2026? How to reset your password.

  • Enter your email address
  • Click Next
  • Select Forgot Password
  • Click ‘Email code to’ (you must click the grey box to get the code)
  • Go to your email to get the one-time code
  • Enter the code and select Verify
  • Enter your new password, and re-enter it to confirm
  • Click reset password
  • Your password is now reset, complete the MFA steps one more time to login

Going forward, you will enter a verification code each time you log in, an added layer of security to help keep your information safe.

Not receiving your one-time password?

  1. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  2. If you're on the "Please enter the code" screen but haven't received a code, continue with the steps below.
  3. Check your Spam or Junk folder. 
    • Look for an email from donotreply@wcb.ns.ca. (Images may be blocked, but the email should still be there.)
  4. Check all your inbox tabs (such as Primary, Promotions, or Updates).
  5. Sign in to your email through your web browser (for example, Gmail, Hotmail, or Outlook.com) and check for the email there.
  6. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
  7. If you still don't receive the code, contact your IT support team, or email service provider.
