Access your claim, send messages, and manage your information online.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is coming soon. The WCB Online login page will get a new look, and you will need to update your password the first time you login.

I already have an account. What’s changed?

To protect your privacy we are upgrading the login page and introducing Multi-factor authentication.  When you log in for the first time after April 27, 2026, you’ll need to reset your password and set up MFA before you can access your account.

To do this, select “Forgot Password”—even if you remember your password.
You’ll be guided through resetting your password and setting up MFA before you can access your account.
Before April 27, you can sign in as usual, using your email and password.

Resetting your password

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click Next
  3. Select Forgot Password
  4. Click ‘Email code to’ (note your email address will be partially hidden)
  5. Go to your email to get the one time code
  6. Enter the code and select Verify
  7. Enter your new password, and re-enter it to confirm
  8. Click reset password
  9. Your password is now reset, complete the MFA steps one more time to login

Creating a new account

To create an account, you need:

  • Your claim number (Use an active claim if you have more than one)
  • Your health card number

Set up your account

  1. Go to the WCB Online Secure Login page
  2. Select No account? Create one
  3. Enter your claim number
  4. Enter your health card number
  5. Create and confirm your password
  6. Check your email for your MFA code
  7. Enter the code and select Verify
  8. Select Yes or No to “Stay signed in?” depending on if you are on a secure device

What you can do in WCB Online

Get paid fastest with WCB Online and Direct Deposit.

With WCB Online, you can:

  • View your claim and payment information
  • Send and receive secure messages
  • Submit forms, including travel expenses and set up direct deposit
  • Track your claim progress

Using WCB Online on mobile

If you’re using a mobile device, you may need to rotate your screen to landscape to see all features.

Email notifications

You will receive an email when you have a new secure message in WCB Online.
