Registration is now open for the Workplace Safety and Insurance System (WSIS) 2024 Annual Meeting. A virtual attendance option is available. 

The meeting will take place on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. at the Best Western Plus, 15 Spectacle Lake Drive (in Burnside).

Co-hosted by the Chair of the WCB's Board of Directors and the Deputy Minister of the Nova Scotia Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration, the meeting will provide an update on the review of the WCB, and will highlight how the WSIS partners are supporting psychologically safe workplaces in Nova Scotia.

It will also report on system performance and offer an opportunity for attendee questions and answers.

Representatives from WCB Nova Scotia, the Workers' Advisers Program, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, and the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration will be in attendance.
