WCB Nova Scotia has sent its last paper clearance letter, as we are moving to a new digital clearance process on MyAccount. Now more than ever, having digital access to the information you need is important. Our new digital clearance process, as well as other online secure services we offer, will support remote working environments many are adjusting to. 

The clearance letter, sent earlier this month, is valid from April 1 – June 30, 2020.

As we all do our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, many of the employers who use clearance letters are continuing to deliver their services across the province. They are the delivery companies ensuring supplies reach us, construction companies building our economy, and the fisheries and agriculture providers helping food be on our tables. As they, and others continue their operations, our digital services will bring them the information they need, when and where they need it.

Employers will be contacted once the new digital clearance process is available in MyAccount.
