From July to September 2026, employers can take part in a survey, interview, or focus group. Your feedback will help us improve our services — especially the tools you use online, like MyAccount, filing forms, and submitting information to us.
Employers can choose to take part in one or more activities.

- Taking part in a 30- to 60-minute one-on-one conversation
- Joining a 60- to 90-minute focus group
