Create a new WCB Online Account

To create an account with WCB Online for workers, you need:

• An email address
• Your claim number (Use an active claim if you have more than one)
• Your health card number
• Date of birth 

Steps to up your WCB Online account

1. Go to the WCB Online Secure Login page
2. Select No account? Create one
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for the one time code
5. Enter your claim number
6. Enter your health card number
7. Enter your date of birth
8. Create and confirm your password (Use at least 8 characters. Your password is case sensitive and must include 3 of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, or symbol)
9. Check your email for your MFA code
10. Enter the code and select Verify
11. Select Yes or No to “Stay signed in?” depending on if you are on a secure device. Select Yes to stay signed in for up to 24 hours
