Service Update: Delay in Monthly Benefits Payment Resolved

Update: WCB has resolved the issue that caused a delay in monthly benefits payments.

For those who receive payment by direct deposit, payments have now been processed. Depending on financial institution, it can take one to three business days for payments to appear in accounts.

For those who receive their monthly benefits by mail, cheques will be mailed on Friday, Aug. 7. Delivery times will vary.
