We wish to advise employers of an error in WCB-related information in the December statements of account received from CRA.

The statements, dated December 25, 2016, included an error in the maximum assessable payroll as part of the Remittance Calculation Worksheet. ‘Line B. Excess wages’ incorrectly showed an assessable maximum of $59,300 per person.  The correct amount to use for the 2016 assessable maximum is $58,200.
