PMI assessments resume June 7 in Halifax and Sydney (June 2/21)

In accordance with public health guidelines, WCB Nova Scotia will resume in-person Permanent Medical Impairment (PMI) assessments in Halifax and Sydney, by appointment only. If you are a worker who had an appointment postponed, we will contact you to reschedule.

We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees and workers, and we have adapted our processes to reflect that. Workers will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and recent travel, both in the call to confirm the appointment and again in person when they arrive, and given the appropriate personal protective equipment.

All other in-person services of WCB Nova Scotia are suspended, and our buildings are not open to the general public at this time. We continue to provide services remotely, with most employees working from remote locations.

Online services are always available at MyAccount and WCB Online. Please contact us online via Secure Message or call us at 1-800-870-3331 during regular business hours.
