WCB Nova Scotia’s Q2 Report to the Community is now available to read online or download.

In the second quarter of the year, the WCB recorded lower injury rates in home care and long-term care, and an overall decline in the number of days lost to workplace injury across the province.  Financially, global economic volatility continued to impact the organization’s funded position.

Operational highlights in the Q2 report include new materials for workplaces as part of our Healthy Workplaces campaign, a summary of the 2023 rate announcement, new episodes of the WorkShift podcast, and an update on the support being provided under the Traumatic Psychological Injury Program.
