WCB Online is now available for workers.  

As we adjust to our new systems, here’s what you need to know: 

• Some users are experiencing issues with some functionality. We are working on these issues to fix them as soon as possible. 

• We are working to address some issues with notifications, and they are currently disabled. That means users of WCBOnline will not receive email notifications of a secure message, or other change requiring attention. The “alarm bell” within the WCBOnline system will notify you that something needs your attention. 

We will do our best to call you at significant milestones, such as when a decision on your claim has been made, so you can log in and retrieve the documentation. At any time, if you have questions about your claim you can log in and retrieve the notifications in the system.

• Forms you have previously submitted via WCBOnline are not available in the new system. New ones you submit will be saved. If you would like a previously submitted form, please contact us and we will send you a copy by secure message.
