Traumatic Psychological Injury (TPI) Program

In recent years, we’ve seen an increase in psychological injuries in the workplace. Psychological injuries can have a significant impact across all aspects of life, and when these injuries take place, workers need welcoming, user-friendly supports, quickly.

The Traumatic Psychological Injury (TPI) Program provides workers and employers with a streamlined, accessible, and effective approach to diagnosing, treating, and supporting workers who have experienced workplace psychological trauma.

Rooted in research and best practice, and most importantly with direct input from front-line workers and leaders across Nova Scotia, the TPI Program offers a new service model for supporting workers with psychological injuries.
