March Performance Update

We said we were doing things differently. Our performance in March is proof that it's working:

• Fewer workplace injuries across Nova Scotia
• Fewer time-loss days
• More than 80% of injured workers returning to work within 90 days
• Service that continues to exceed our goals for early contact and timely payment

What does this look like in practice? People are getting support sooner, experiencing less uncertainty, and staying connected to their workplaces as they recover. It means more Nova Scotians getting back to their lives, sooner.
