Beginning at 8:00 a.m. AST on Sunday, May 10, until approximately 8:00 a.m. AST on Monday, May 11, WCB’s online services will be temporarily unavailable as we upgrade our sign-in process and introduce multi-factor authentication (MFA).

During this time, MyAccount for employers and WCB Online Services for workers and service providers will not be available.

When service resumes, you will need to select “forgot password” to reset your password and set up MFA.
