Marcy Dalton Associate VP, Strategy and Technology

Over her 18 years of experience with WCB Nova Scotia, Marcy Dalton has been working to position the organization for long-term success.

In her role as Associate VP, Strategy and Technology, Marcy is building on that strong foundation to chart a new future for the WCB, enabled by new technology and guided by a new framework of innovation. Alongside Shelley Rowan, VP, she provides strategic leadership in the strategy and technology portfolio, and oversees the functions of Corporate Development, Partnerships and Policy, Enterprise Architecture and Information Technology services.

Prior to her role on the executive committee, Marcy was Director, Corporate Development, where she demonstrated her ability to use strong analytics, planning, strategic thinking, communications and relationship building to develop and implement business solutions.

Marcy is driven by the principles of innovation and collaborative decision making. With her propensity to ask stimulating questions and challenge conventional thinking, she enables others to seek continuous improvement and adapt to change.
