Paper Clearance Letters Extended Until March 31, 2020 (Dec. 13/19)

We have extended paper clearance letters until March 31, 2020. If you are in good standing, you should receive your letter shortly. The letters were mailed December 12th. If you have not received a letter and believe you should have, you can request a letter by calling 1-800-870-3331.

Please note that we are in the process of adding clearance letters back to MyAccount, where you will be able to download, email, and print them.  

This functionality will be available for employers in early 2020. 

Importantly, this means that clearance letters will only be available through MyAccount. You will need to sign up for MyAccount to access your clearance letter.

Please note, at the moment, the clearance letter mailed in December 2019, will not appear in MyAccount to save, print, and email. You may wish to create an electronic copy.
