The signs and symptoms of workplace psychological injuries vary in range and levels of severity. Some signs are much more apparent than others. However, they are all worthy of attention. Addressing less severe signs early can prevent them from getting worse.

The Canadian Government’s Mental Health Continuum Model shows the range of these signs and symptoms, which can be both physical and psychological. If identified early, psychological health concerns are more treatable and reversible.
