Work-connected recovery helps people injured at work get care faster as they recover and safely return to work. The provider network includes 120 locations across the province, with a combination of individual providers and businesses with multiple locations such as Lifemark and CBI clinics.

If you are a worker or an employer who has experienced a work-related sprain, strain or concussion injury, call 1-888-383-3361 to speak with an appointment coordinator right away.

How to access care

For a physical injury including a sprain, strain or concussion: 

  • Call our appointment coordinators at 1-888-383-3361. Assessment appointments often happen within 3 days. 

For a psychological injury:

  • You need a referral from WCB. Call 1-833-491-8889 to speak to a Client Care Navigator—they will help get you started. Once referred, a WCR network clinic will contact you within 24 hours to book your assessment. Assessment appointments often happen within 8 days.
