WCB Nova Scotia is aware of a delay in the printing and mailing of the April Statements of Account issued to employers last week, due to the labour disruption impacting processes at the Canada Revenue Agency.

Digital Statements of Account are available 24/7 through WCB’s MyAccount, WCB’s secure online services portal for employers. If you are already registered for WCB’s MyAccount, sign in now to receive your statement. If you aren’t currently registered for WCB’s MyAccount, signing up is easy. Call WCB’s Employer Services at 1-800-870-3331 to get set up today and then register online with your business number and unique account registration code. 

In the meantime, the delay in receiving the printed Statements of Account does not impact payroll reporting and payments, and employers can continue to report payroll and pay their premiums, as usual. Learn more about convenient payment options.
