Supplier Portal

WCB Nova Scotia has moved to a new finance and procurement cloud system – Oracle Fusion Cloud – to better serve those we work with into the future. As part of that upgrade, we’ve built a self-serve supplier portal to make it easier to do business with us.

Once you're set up, the portal gives you secure access, any time of day. You'll be able to view your purchase orders, create invoices from active purchase orders, and check the payment status associated with active purchase orders. You can also manage your own account details, like banking information, mailing address, and contacts, without waiting on a phone call or email. (Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of banking and address information.)

Current suppliers to WCB have been contacted and invited to register for the portal while new suppliers will be invited when they are confirmed as successful proponents.
